Welcome to Blue Bonnet - 31 Redbud Lane
Welcome to a haven of tranquility in this charming cottage! Nestled in the heart of tree lined Redbud Park, this delightful home offers 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. The home has recently been updated with new, modern furnishings throughout. A convenient half bath, a full-sized washer and dryer are all located off the living room.
Enjoy a quiet master suite on the main level with French doors leading out to the back patio. This bedroom has a private bathroom with double vanities and a shower/tub combo.
The second floor features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a queen-sized bed with private access to the second floor porch with sweeping views of the park. The second bedroom boasts a full-over-twin bunk bed with Star Wars decor - sure to excite the kids!
With double porches overlooking the park, an outdoor dining table, and a large porch swing, this home is perfect place to sip your morning coffee or savor an evening glass of wine.
Within a short walking distance, you have access to the Tower Court Pool. Other attractions a short distance away are Bocci Ball Park, the Boardwalk Pool, the Residence Club Pool & Pool House, Lake Days aqua park, and the lakeside beach where you have access to paddleboards, life vests, and kayaks within the beautiful cove.
This home has its own gas grill for personal use by each rental family. Two large picnic tables in the back are a cozy setting for a summer BBQ.

Summary: We went for a long weekend and had a great time! The home was lovely and had some nice additions like gates at the top and bottom of the stairs for safety for kids, a nice porch swing, comfy furniture.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the pleasure of staying in the heart of Carlton Landing at the Blue Bonnet house. From the ease of entry to the beautifully furnished home we felt instantly at home. The icing on the cake was the cozy and comfortable front porch looking out into Redbud Park. We were able to watch life go by and enjoy the nature around us as well as the unique homes surrounding it. The Porch swing was our favorite!! The kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking and cleaning. The beds and bedrooms were cozy and luxurious. Even the bathrooms felt like we were staying in a 5 star hotel instead of a home. Our only plight about our stay has no reflection on the home, but we had issue with quite a number of flies that got into the home, but after a quick trip to the store in town we were able to amend this issue. Overall I would recommend Blue Bonnet to anyone interested in loving a vacation!

The only issue which we had was that the code stopped working to get into the front door the same day we checked in, but we did not contact management to correct that. I recommend this place for families with kids.
